The number of fever patients has increased in Mainpuri, Uttar Pradesh for the last few days. In the last 24 hours, 17 fever patients have been admitted to the district hospital. The number of fever patients has also increased at CHC and PHC. In such a situation, the CMO has given instructions to create a safe dengue ward for fever patients.
The number of fever patients in the district has increased rapidly in the last few days. If we look at the district hospital records of the last three days, it is revealed that 70 fever patients have been admitted. In the last 24 hours, 17 patients have been admitted to the district hospital.
The increasing number of fever patients has increased the problems of the health department. The CMO has given instructions to make dengue wards effective in all hospitals. The CMO has issued a letter to all medical superintendents and said that in view of the increasing number of fever patients, a separate dengue ward should be established. Fever patients should be given proper treatment in every possible way.
Dengue ward will be built in Piku ward in district hospital
An integrated lab is being built in the dengue ward operated on the second floor of Maharaja Tej Singh District Hospital. Therefore, now there is no space left to admit patients here. The CMO has given instructions to establish an additional dengue ward. CMS Dr. Madanlal told the CMO that the PICU ward is currently vacant here. Using it for fever patients, a dengue ward will be established here.
Asha and ANM remained active
In view of the increasing number of fever patients, the CMO has given strict instructions to Asha and ANM. The CMO said that Asha and ANM should visit their respective areas daily. As soon as information about fever patients is received, they should be sent to the hospital. The scope of investigation at the Health and Wellness Center should be increased.
